P&O Cruises has recently announced the launch of a new charter flight partnership with Norse Atlantic Airways. The partnership kicked off with the first charter flight transporting over 300 P&O passengers from Manchester to Barbados to embark on a 14-night cruise around the Caribbean aboard the Britannia cruise ship.
Paul Ludlow, the Carnival UK & P&O Cruises president, expressed his pride in the inaugural charter flight with Norse Atlantic Airways, marking the beginning of the winter Caribbean season. Ludlow emphasized the importance of flights in enhancing the overall holiday experience, highlighting the strategic partnerships with Norse, TUI Airways, and Virgin Atlantic for their charter offerings. These collaborations aim to ensure that guests receive top-tier service throughout their P&O Cruises vacation.

During the period between November ’24 and March ’25, Norse Atlantic Airways will operate a weekly Friday flight from Manchester to Barbados to coincide with the arrivals of P&O Cruises’ Arvia and Britannia ships. In addition, the airline will also offer Saturday flights from London Gatwick and Manchester to Antigua/Barbados on alternating weeks.
