Deftones, the alt-metal heroes, have announced the lineup for their upcoming mini-festival, Dia De Los Deftones, which will take place at Petco Park in San Diego, California on November 2. This year’s lineup includes a variety of acts ranging from British art-punk band Idles to rising hardcore act Gel and even emo legends Sunny Day Real Estate, who recently reunited in 2022.
Sunny Day Real Estate will be performing their debut album Diary in its entirety, which is considered a classic in the emo genre. This unexpected addition to the lineup adds a unique and diverse element to the festival, showcasing Deftones’ eclectic taste in music.
In addition to these acts, the festival will also feature performances from HEALTH, Paris Texas, Duster, and Qendresa. The lineup promises a celebration of music and culture, bringing together a mix of genres and styles for fans to enjoy.
