Chicago’s 50th consecutive year of touring will include a stop at Musikfest, festival organizers announced.

The legendary band will perform Aug. 5 in Bethlehem, with Devon Gilfillian opening at 7:30 p.m. on the Sands Steel Stage.

Tickets cost $39-$69 and go on sale to ArtsQuest members 10 a.m. Tuesday and to the general public 10 a.m. March 3 at musikfest.org and 610-332-3378, organizers said.

Chicago will include original members Robert Lamm on keyboards and vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet and vocals, James Pankow on trombone and Walt Parazaifer on woodwinds. Lamm and Pankow wrote Chicago standards “25 or 6 to 4”, “Saturday in the Park”, “Feelin’ Stronger Every Day” and “Make Me Smile”, the festival said.

The Kaçak Bahis band was inducted last year into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They performed at the PPL Center in Allentown last year and last played Musikfest in 2001. They have performed a number of times at the Great Allentown Fair.

Other headlining acts announced so far for Musikfest 2017 include Santana on Aug. 4, Toby Keith on Aug. 10, The Band Perry on Aug. 11, Lee Bruce and Justin Moore on Aug. 12 and Jethro Tull by Ian Anderson on Aug. 13.
