Casualty fans will have to make some adjustments to their weekend TV viewing schedule due to the BBC’s coverage of the European Championship. The popular medical drama will not be airing on BBC One on Saturday, June 15th, as Italy takes on Albania in Euro 2024 Group B.
Instead of airing on BBC One, the first episode of the new Storm Damage box set will be shown on BBC Two at 8:20 pm on the same day. In this episode, a red weather warning is issued as a storm threatens Colby, leading to a tough decision for Cam and unexpected connections for Stevie. Tariq is also determined to help a vulnerable Rash in this exciting installment.
Barney Walsh’s character Cam will take center stage in the new box set, exploring the reasons behind his behavior. Walsh expressed his excitement about this opportunity, stating that it is an honor for him to lead one of the storylines in Storm Damage.
Casualty will return to its usual BBC One slot on Saturday, June 22nd, at 8:35 pm. Fans can catch up on any missed episodes on BBC iPlayer.
As the European Championship continues, several other TV programs have also been affected by scheduling changes. EastEnders on BBC One, as well as Coronation Street and Emmerdale on ITV1, are among the series that have been moved to accommodate the football competition.
With so many changes happening to the TV schedules, it can be challenging to keep up with your favorite shows. Be sure to check out the latest updates on Casualty and other programs to avoid missing out on any exciting episodes.
