Would now be a good time to buy real estate? Although several arguments still counterbalance this idea, the fall in real estate prices since 2023 has been accentuated, in a large part of the departments. According to the National Real Estate Federation (FNAIM), 2023 was a particularly difficult year for real estate sales.
