While the Assembly was to examine this Thursday, June 8 the proposals of the Liot group, including the repeal of the retirement at 64, Yaël Braun-Pivet brandished the ax of article 40 of the Constitution, which prohibits any proposal of law or amendment creating a burden on public finances, thus blocking the examination of this measure sentence. The bill, supported by most of the opposition, can still be examined, but emptied of its substance.
