UFC middleweight fighter Khamzat Chimaev had to pull out of a fight against Robert Whittaker due to illness, but he is now set to coach on the Russian version of The Ultimate Fighter called Hype Reality. Chimaev will be coaching alongside UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan, who is gearing up to challenge Islam Makhachev for the 155-pound title at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi this October.
Chimaev, who currently holds a spot in the Top 15 of the 185-pound rankings, is looking to make a return to the Octagon soon. The 30-year-old fighter, with a perfect record of 13-0, is eager to get back into training mode after dealing with a recent crypto scam that tarnished his image.
Chimaev expressed his excitement for the upcoming training and hinted at bringing some good news to his fans in the near future. The fighter shared his update on social media, mentioning a gathering in the mountains and the start of training sessions.
