Conor McGregor Raises Concerns Over Islam Makhachev’s Health Ahead of UFC 302 Fight
Conor McGregor has taken to Twitter to express his concerns over UFC Lightweight champion Islam Makhachev’s health. McGregor pointed out a mark on Makhachev’s leg from a recent photoshoot, suggesting it could be a staph infection.
The Irish fighter called out Makhachev and his team, referring to them as “scruffy f—ks” and urging them to take better care of their hygiene. McGregor’s animosity towards Makhachev stems from his rivalry with Khabib Nurmagomedov, who now coaches Makhachev.
Despite McGregor’s comments, Makhachev is set to face Dustin Poirier in the main event of UFC 302 this weekend. The event will also feature a co-headliner between Sean Strickland and Paulo Costa, promising an action-packed night of fights.
