Double event for Sylvie Tellier. While the former beauty queen, elected Miss France 2002, has just turned 46, she also celebrated the release of her autobiography Crown and prejudices published this Wednesday, May 29, 2024 by Fayard editions. On this occasion, the former protégé of Geneviève de Fontenay organized a launch party in Paris surrounded by her loved ones, former Miss France as well as her large family.
The former manager of the Miss France company was able to count on the support of her husband Laurent Schenten, her sisters Stéphanie and Anne-Sophie, her mother Annick and her stepfather Éric. A clan united around the businesswoman who evokes for the first time her modest childhood in Vendée through the story of her mother. “This book is a dedication to my mother,” she confides to Le Parisien.
“When you have a sacrificed mother, a mother who I have seen sad all her life, because she found herself alone at 40, unemployed, without money, with three daughters, a guy who abandons you, who cheats on you, you say to yourself, ‘what is this, this distribution of cards?'”. Since then, Sylvie Tellier’s mother has been swimming in happiness with her partner who she will soon marry.
At the beginning of May, the businesswoman and mother of three children flew with her sisters to Spain to “dig up” the young girl’s life of their mother Annick. “Mom is getting married!!! And that’s what a bachelorette party in Barcelona in the Tellier clan looks like,” she wrote, revealing unusual images of their stay between women. On the menu for this getaway: shopping trips, visits and good food, or even night outings with drag queens, cocktail tastings and flamenco evenings.
Nothing better to bring a smile back to your “heroine” who has just celebrated her birthday on May 21. “On this very special day for me, you blow out your 75 candles. Our lives are forever linked, I love you mom,” declared the former Miss, sharing a souvenir photo of her coronation on her Instagram page. Discover their family album in the slideshow.
