Instagram Stories Launches surveys

Instagram, the application of the Facebook universe that grows more in users and activity, has just added an option to use it even more. Stories, its ephemeral content inspired by Snapchat, has just added surveys.
The user will find it in the form of interactive sticker. The results will be in real time. In addition to being able to contact and comment live with the audience, Instagram believes that this will make the friends and followers return several times to the content to see how the opinion evolves.
To create a survey, when taking a video or photo in a story, you choose the poll sticker and position it in the desired place on the screen. Then you write the query and along with the possible answers. Just publish to activate the probe.
To see the results it is necessary to make a gesture, to slide up the finger on the screen. You can see the amount of votes as well as who voted and what you preferred. I mean, it’s not at all anonymous.
This release is the first interactive experiment of the invention of Kevin Systrom, who follows the front after selling his idea to Facebook. Instagram was born as a modest photo retouching application with filters intended for IPhone only. Their explosion of popularity was given as soon as they opened the door to Android users. In September it exceeded the 800 million of active profiles.
In addition to the polls, Instagram has published two tools that want to promote creativity. It is a color palette for the texts and brushes, as well as a tool to align the text and stickers.
