Mannheim (dpa / lsw) – Five people were slightly injured in a collision between a car and a tram in Mannheim. A 41-year-old driver had wanted to turn his car around on the street because of a traffic jam on Friday evening, despite a ban on turning, the police said. He overlooked the tram going in the same direction, the car collided with the train. Five passengers fell as a result of the impact and suffered minor injuries, according to police. The driver was not injured.
