Hesse: 78-year-old threatens 24-year-old with pistol

Darmstadt (dpa / lhe) – A 78-year-old man threatened a 24-year-old employee of a telephone company in Darmstadt with a blank gun. The 24-year-old rang the senior’s bell on Thursday evening, after which he asked him to leave at gunpoint, the police in Darmstadt said on Friday. The 78-year-old verbally threatened the younger man. The alarmed police confiscated the pistol. Proceedings were initiated against him on suspicion of threats. The background to the fact was still unclear.
