Weißenfels (dpa/sa) – A drunk driver fled from a traffic check in Weißenfels and damaged five other cars. The drivers are a 39-year-old and a 17-year-old, the police said on Friday morning. It was initially unclear who drove the car on Thursday evening. Both were intoxicated and possibly under the influence of drugs. The vehicle was not registered and had a stolen license plate. According to initial estimates, the damage to property is around 70,000 euros.
