Calw (dpa / lsw) – A 26-year-old man is said to have tried to kill another man with a knife in Calw. He attacked the 47-year-old in a parking lot and injured him, as the police and the Tübingen public prosecutor announced on Thursday. Officials were unable to provide any information on the severity of the injuries.
The suspect fled immediately after the attack on Tuesday morning. The police arrested him a few hours later. According to the officials, the motive for the crime was initially unclear. The 26-year-old was brought before a magistrate on Wednesday. He refrained from issuing an arrest warrant against conditions.
