Butzbach (dpa/lhe) – Several escaped dogs injured a walker in Butzbach (Wetteraukreis) and killed her dog. The animals attacked the dog on Friday morning, the police said. The owner tried to prevent worse and sustained injuries. She was taken to a hospital. On the same morning, the public order office and the police discovered and seized four dogs on a property near the scene of the accident. The police are now investigating, among other things, because of negligent bodily harm and are asking for witnesses.
