Plauen (dpa/sn) – Four people were seriously injured in a traffic accident in Plauen in the Vogtland district. On Wednesday evening, a 37-year-old driver with two children aged one and twelve collided with a 39-year-old, the police said on Thursday morning. The 37-year-old had previously driven out of town and the 39-year-old towards town. When the 39-year-old turned left, the cars collided. All four people were seriously injured and the cars had to be towed away. The property damage is estimated at 35,000 euros. According to the police, it is now being determined whether excessive speed was the reason for the accident.
