However, according to the German Weather Service (DWD), the sun will come out in the afternoon. The maximum temperature is expected to be between 14 and 16 degrees and in the Harz Mountains between 10 and 14 degrees. Heavy gusts of wind with a speed of up to 100 kilometers per hour are expected on the Brocken. Wind gusts with a speed of 55 kilometers per hour can also occur in the Harz Mountains.
Thursday night is initially expected to be cloudless. More and more clouds are expected to gather during the night. The low temperature is expected to be between 3 and 7 degrees.
