Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – S-Bahn trains in the Rhine-Main area were canceled on Monday morning due to sick train drivers. The S1 trains only run every 30 minutes until around 10.30 a.m., as the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) announced on Twitter. There could also be cancellations on the other lines. The regional train (RB) is also affected, according to RMV there are no seven journeys between Wiesbaden and Aschaffenburg. The RB 58 eliminates four journeys between Aschaffenburg and Rüsselsheim. For weeks there have been restrictions on the Rhein-Main S-Bahn and regional transport due to illness.
