Cologne (dpa / lnw) – In Cologne, a man hit a 52-year-old on the head with a hand ax in an argument – the victim suffered serious injuries. The 56-year-old alleged perpetrator was heavily intoxicated, the man was arrested, the police said on Sunday. The victim was taken to a clinic. According to the information, the two men got into an argument on Saturday evening. The suspect initially fled, but later turned himself in to the police.
