Apolda (dpa/th) – The fire engine, which overturned on the way to an operation in Apolda (Weimar district), caused damage of around 130,000 euros, according to the police. The police announced on Sunday. According to the officials, the driver skidded while avoiding the emergency vehicle on Friday and then tipped over onto the right side. The road remained closed for around three hours.
