Augsburg (dpa / lby) – The Augsburg Panthers have to do without their goalkeeper Dennis Endras for about a month. As the club from the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) announced on Tuesday, the 37-year-old goalie suffered a muscle injury in his leg in the away game at the Bietigheim Steelers on Sunday.

The Panthers are also threatened with a failure of Blaz Gregorc in their next game on Friday against the Iserlohn Roosters. “The defender was quickly tested positive and is in isolation at home. The result of the PCR test is pending,” said the Augsburg team. If everything goes well, at least coach Peter Russell could be behind the gang again after his corona infection against Iserlohn.
