Jena (dpa/th) – A car overturned near Jena, the driver was slightly injured. The 24-year-old was on her way to Jena early Sunday morning from the Gernewitz district of Stadtroda (Saale-Holzland district), the police said. It was very foggy and dark. In a curve, the car came off the road, rolled over several times and stopped on its wheels. The slightly injured driver was taken to a hospital in Jena. According to the information, the car suffered damage of around 7,000 euros. The road remained closed in both directions while the accident was being investigated.
