Fürth (dpa / lby) – SpVgg Greuther Fürth is preparing for a patience game at SSV Jahn Regensburg. Coach Marc Schneider expects the Upper Palatinate to be a “very, very compact team”. According to the Swiss, it will be “a question of patience” on Friday (6.30 p.m. / Sky) in the 2nd Bundesliga.

The Fürthers have been able to get four points from the last two games, but are further down the table. “We all know exactly what the situation is and everyone can assess it,” said Schneider on Wednesday. In the currently difficult phase, his team is “mainly about stability”.

Schneider reported that he recently worked with the team to get back in front of the opposing goal more often. In addition, captain and striker Branimir Hrgota should be given more opportunities to “get in the box”. “That was a big issue,” said Schneider.
