Illingen (dpa / lsw) – On Wednesday evening, stored electronic waste caught fire on the outdoor area of ??a recycling company in Illingen (Enzkreis). The fire threatened to spread to the company building, the police said on Thursday. The extinguishing work continued in the morning. According to the first findings of the police, the fire could have been caused by a battery that was illegally disposed of there. Nobody got hurt. The police estimate the damage in the five to six-digit range.
