Rottenburg (dpa / lsw) – After the death of a woman with burning clothes in the district of Tübingen, investigations into the cause are ongoing. There is still no evidence of third-party negligence, a police spokesman said on Monday. Why the woman’s clothes caught fire in Rottenburg am Neckar is still unclear. New findings can probably only be expected towards the end of the week.

A witness discovered the 42-year-old with burning clothes in front of a house on Friday and extinguished the fire. The woman later died in a hospital from her injuries.
