Schwarzhofen (dpa / lby) – A 40-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident in the Upper Palatinate. The man was on the state road 2040 near Schwarzhofen (Schwandorf district) on Friday morning when he left the road and crashed into the guardrail, the police said. He succumbed to his serious injuries at the scene of the accident. The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
