Schwerin (dpa / mv) – Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has spoken out against stricter corona rules for restaurants. “It is not possible to explain the obligation to wear a mask at the table,” said the head of the Schwerin State Chancellery, Patrick Dahlemann, after consultations between the federal and state governments at the state chancellery level on Tuesday evening. In principle, masks are the most efficient protection indoors, but for the acceptance of corona rules it is important that the measures are understandable and implementable.
In addition, the state government in the north-east would like the federal government to be able to use rehabilitation clinics as alternative hospitals in an emergency in order to provide relief. There must also continue to be affordable citizen tests.
