In a traffic accident on the A96 near Landsberg am Lech, a 37-year-old rammed a car parked on the hard shoulder. The man had overtaken several trucks and then left the lane, as the Fürstenfeldbruck traffic police announced on Tuesday. Five people were injured: in addition to the person who caused the accident, his two children, as well as a young woman and her passenger in the rammed car. Since it was initially unclear how serious the accident had been on Monday afternoon, the police temporarily blocked the highway, and a large contingent of fire brigades and rescue workers were deployed.
