Weinheim (dpa / lsw) – When their car collided head-on with a tree, two people in Weinheim (Rhein-Neckar district) were seriously injured. According to the police, the driver lost control of his vehicle on Thursday evening, probably due to excessive speed. The car then drove over several traffic and information signs and hit a tree head-on, which was uprooted and fell over. The car overturned and ended up in a corn field. In addition to the 41-year-old driver, his 55-year-old passenger was also seriously injured.
