Dortmund (dpa / lnw) – Children found a mortar shell while playing in Dortmund. A police spokesman said on Tuesday that it was not World War II ammunition, but a more recent product. However, an ordnance expert was able to quickly give the all-clear: the grenade no longer posed any danger. The State Criminal Police Office is now investigating where she came from and how she got onto the site.
