No, she is not Alain Delon’s “lady-in-waiting” but “his companion”: this is what Hiromi Rollin says in a letter to the Montargis prosecutor, revealed on Tuesday July 11 by Le Parisien and that Agence France-Presse was able to consult.

In this 39-page document, Ms. Rollin rejects the accusations of “moral harassment” made against her by Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien Delon in two complaints. She claims that she met Alain Delon in 1989 while filming a film where she was “assistant director” and that they “quickly formed an intimate relationship”.

“As of 2006, Ms. Rollin moved into the Douchy home. They then lived together and shared a life as a couple until she was expelled from this home on July 5, 2023, ”explains the letter signed by her lawyer, Yassine Bouzrou.

Ms. Rollin “was by no means Mr. Delon’s lady-in-waiting. She had been (…) his companion since the early 2000s” and “was not paid to keep Mr. Delon company”, continues the note.

Ms. Rollin also notes that the actor “does not seem to have filed a complaint” against him and that the complaints made were, according to the press, by his children. “However, underlines the document, it does not appear that Mr. Delon is placed to date under any measure of judicial protection, which could justify his children filing a complaint to denounce offenses of which he himself would be a victim. »

“Complex relationship with Mr. Delon’s children”

The letter also points out that Ms. Rollin “always had a complex relationship with Mr. Delon’s children”, who “never accepted the existence of [their] romantic relationship”. The lawyer wonders about the motivations of the children of the actor. “It is indeed to be feared that the Delon children want to ensure that their father’s inheritance will return to them in full and that no liberality will intervene for the benefit of the one who shares his daily life, Mrs. Rollin”, he writes.

After her forced departure from the Douchy property (Loiret), according to her lawyer, Ms. Rollin claims to have been able to recover only part of her personal effects from the gendarmerie. Not included in particular, according to her, valuables, money and correspondence with the actor.

Justice opened last week a preliminary investigation against Ms. Rollin, in particular for acts of moral harassment, after the two complaints emanating from the three children of the star. In response, Ms. Rollin herself filed a complaint on Friday, contesting all of the facts alleged against her.
