Düsseldorf (dpa/lnw) – In a new audio channel, the North Rhine-Westphalia Foundation presents natural and cultural projects, museums worth seeing, traditional monuments and other “hidden treasures”. In the podcast “Förderbande” large and small peculiarities are to be highlighted. As the foundation announced on Thursday in Düsseldorf, a journalist and various guests will provide insights into the entire range of project funding. There is a new episode every month.

According to its own statements, the North Rhine-Westphalia Foundation has been able to support around 3,500 nature and culture projects with a total of 296 million euros since it was founded in 1986. She receives the money for this from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia from lottery proceeds, from membership fees of her support association and donations.
