Bothenheilingen (dpa/th) – A fuel tank exploded in Bothenheilingen (Unstrut-Hainich district) on Monday. In the center of the Nottertal-Heilinger Höhen district of the city, several buildings are on fire, including an apartment building, as a police spokeswoman said. A carpentry shop was also caught in the fire. The fuel tank is said to have been on the property of the apartment building. According to the information, the police and fire brigade are on site with a large contingent. The police could not initially say whether there were injuries.
