How close can you get to evil without hurting your soul? The crime series “In with the Devil” tries to provide answers. And it is also the stage for one last major appearance by US actor Ray Liotta.

James Keene (Taron Egerton) lives in the fast lane – as a criminal. When a prison sentence of several years ended his life model abruptly, fate offered him a dark way out. Keene is tasked with befriending a serial killer to keep him from going unpunished. The six-part miniseries “In with the Devil” – available to stream on Apple TV – is a journey into the depths of the soul.

In addition to Egerton, it is above all Paul Walter Hauser who is remembered as the perpetrator. His acting gives evil a harmless, almost pathetic face. “In with the Devil” is also a last reunion with Ray Liotta, who shows once again that he was one of the greats of his guild.
