Actress Sophie Turner and her husband, musician Joe Jonas, have become parents for the second time. Together with their almost two-year-old daughter Willa, the couple is happy to have another girl.

Actress Sophie Turner and US singer Joe Jonas have become parents for the second time. “Joe and Sophie are delighted to announce the arrival of their baby girl,” the couple’s rep told People magazine on Thursday. Nothing was initially known about the name and date of birth of the child.

In May, Turner announced the pregnancy in an interview with the British edition of “Elle”. “That’s what life is about for me – raising the next generation,” Turner told the magazine. She and her husband were very happy to expand the family. “It’s the greatest blessing of all.”

Their daughter Willa was born in 2020. “The best thing in life is to see my daughter getting stronger and stronger,” Turner gushed in the interview. Although Willa would not quite understand that she is going to be a big sister, she is “much more clingy” than usual. “She marks her territory,” joked the 26-year-old.

Born in Britain, Sophie Turner rose to fame for her role as Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones. In 2019, she was nominated for an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress. In the same year she married Joe Jonas, who was six years her senior. He is part of the pop trio Jonas Brothers alongside his brothers Nick and Kevin, but has also dabbled in solo singing and acting. The family lives a secluded life in Miami.
