Targeted by two complaints from the children of Alain Delon, in particular for moral harassment, Hiromi Rollin spoke on Friday July 7 through the voice of her lawyer to “contest” the facts denounced by the family in the property of the actor in Douchy -Montcorbon (Loiret). The sexagenarian “contests all of the facts with which she is accused and which have been widely publicized in the press”, wrote her lawyer, Me Yassine Bouzrou, in a press release, the day after the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Montargis public prosecutor’s office.
Qualified as Alain Delon’s “lady-in-waiting” by the actor’s family, the latter had presented her as his “Japanese companion” during an interview in 2021 on TV5Monde. According to the Delon children’s lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela, Ms. Rollin “has never ceased to isolate Alain Delon from his relatives, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats” since the accident. actor’s stroke, in 2019.
In the TV5Monde documentary, the sacred monster of cinema had however praised the presence of Ms. Rollin “throughout [his] convalescence”. She had since been seen by his side at the funeral of Jean-Paul Belmondo, in September 2021 and, more recently, in May, at the preview of a film by his son Alain-Fabien.
Two complaints filed by the Delon family
Jean-Pierre Lécluse, former projectionist in Montargis, remembered for Agence France-Presse (AFP) this evening in Châteaurenard (Loiret). For twenty-two years, the retiree had been going several times a month to Alain Delon’s property to screen films there, at the actor’s request. Until the interventions ceased three or four months ago, according to him. “When I was in front of his house, she wouldn’t open the door for me. She was telling me he wasn’t there, when I knew he was there,” he told AFP. “I was invited (…) for the screening of Alain-Fabien’s film. I saw Mr. Delon and told him about it. He looked at the lady funny. I gave her my new phone number, she took the paper from Mr. Delon. He took it back to show him that he was in control,” he said.
According to information from Le Parisien, confirmed to AFP by concordant sources, the former assistant director in several films by Alain Delon in the 1980s and 1990s was expelled on Wednesday from the large residence of Douchy-Montcorbon. Her lawyer, Me Bouzrou, said that the sexagenarian intended to file a complaint “against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for aggravated willful violence (…) ascertained by a medical certificate”.
The same day, the Montargis prosecutor’s office confirmed that it had been the “recipient of two complaints from the Delon family” against Ms. Rollin. In the first, the three Delon children, Anthony, Anouchka and Alain-Fabien, denounce Mrs. Rollin’s “disparaging and aggressive attitude” towards their father in particular, as well as “his actions tending to capture for his benefit the letters and telephone messages” from the octogenarian. According to the prosecution, Mr. Delon joined in it “by signed statement attached to the complaint”. A second complaint was filed Monday in Paris by the eldest son, Anthony, in particular for acts of violence against vulnerable people and abuse of weakness.
Icon of the 7th art with films like Le Guépard, Plein soleil and Le Samouraï, Alain Delon has been extremely rare in the cinema since the end of the 1990s. He lives withdrawn from public life in his property in Loiret. Actor with an exceptional filmography, he has seen his image tarnished in recent years by his positions in favor of the death penalty, or on homosexuality, described by him as “unnatural”. He returned to walk the Cannes red carpet in May 2019 to receive an honorary Palme d’Or, between tears and speeches with testamentary accents, a few weeks before his cardiovascular accident.
