Gelsenkirchen (dpa / lnw) – A man attacked a gas station in Gelsenkirchen and threatened an employee with a knife. The previously unknown perpetrator surprised the cashier at the gas station on Saturday night when the 45-year-old was out on the station grounds, the police said. Accordingly, he held a knife to her body from behind and forced the employee into the sales room. There she had to hand over the cash from the register to him. The robber then fled with the loot. The police are now looking for witnesses to the incident.
