Essen (dpa/lnw) – The residents of the most populous federal state can expect mostly clear weather on Tuesday. As reported by the German Weather Service (DWD), temperatures in North Rhine-Westphalia should reach 24 to 27 degrees. Rain is not expected. However, there can be denser clouds, especially over the mountains.

According to the meteorologists, it will then cool down to 15 to 11 degrees on Wednesday night. In the second half of the night it could rain a little in the southeast. On Wednesday it should be clear and dry west of the Rhine. According to the DWD, there should be thicker clouds to the east and showers in the Sauerland and in East Westphalia.
