Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) – Juliane Kuhlmann is the new President of the State Sports Association of Hesse (lsb h). The 44-year-old from Nauheim was elected the successor to Rolf Müller, who resigned after 25 years and was unanimously appointed Honorary President, with 96.7 percent of the votes at the Sportbundtag in Wiesbaden on Saturday. “The time of Rolf Müller was a good time for the state sports association. We bow to this great lifetime achievement,” said Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) in recognition of the 74-year-old.
In addition to Kuhlmann, the new executive committee includes the vice presidents Helmut Meister (finance), Ralf-Rainer Klatt (sports development), Frank Weller (club management) and Uwe Steuber (communication and marketing) as well as the vice presidents Annika Mehlhorn (competitive sports), Katja Köhler-Nachtnebel (school , Education and Human Resource Development) and Malin Hoster (Children and Youth).
