Vogtsburg (dpa / lsw) – Unknown people have abandoned a kitten in a tied plastic bag in a stream near Vogstburg (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district). According to police reports on Tuesday, a passer-by became aware of the bag in the water on Saturday because it was moving. An animal protection organization took care of the hypothermic animal.
