Ingolstadt (dpa / lby) – A 23-year-old driver died when his car collided with a truck in Upper Bavaria. The man came to the opposite lane of the B16 in Ingolstadt on Monday for initially unknown reasons, the police said.
The driver was reportedly not wearing a seat belt. He suffered serious injuries from the violent impact and died immediately. The truck went off the road as a result of the accident and hit the guardrail. The 48-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with a leg injury and severe shock.
