Julien Bayou, an environmentalist, has secured nearly 49% in Paris. This is a great position for the second round.

The candidate for the New People’s Ecological and Social Union in Paris (Nupes), was the national secretary of Europe Ecologie–Les Verts Julien Bayou. He received 48.88% (final result) during the first round legislative elections. This Sunday, June 12.

The boss of the Greens is expected to face Elise Fajgeles, who received 29.74% of votes and was largely ahead of Benjamin Griveaux in this constituency.

The union of the Left and the Presidential Majority are neck and neck at the national level (nearly 25% each). Ensemble would have 275 to 310 seats while Nupes would be able to get 180-210 seats. Ensemble has 275 seats.
