The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday “formally” advises the French against any trip to Russia, where the leader of the paramilitary group Wagner, Evgueni Prigojine, entered into rebellion.
“Given the very high volatility of the military and security situation, as well as the decision taken to apply the regime of the anti-terrorist operation in Moscow and in certain regions of Russia, any travel to this country is formally discouraged” , the ministry wrote on its website.
