Mannheim (dpa / lsw) – Third division soccer team SV Waldhof Mannheim has loaned attacker Dominik Kother for another season from second division club Karlsruher SC. Especially in the final phase of the past season, the U21 national player showed “that he can be a difference player for the 3rd division,” said Mannheim sports director Tim Schork on Friday. The 22-year-old Kother came from Karlsruhe for the second half of the season and had scored three goals in 13 third division games and provided two more assists. The professional still has a contract with KSC until June 30, 2024.
