Weimar (dpa/th) – During a dispute about the midday rest in an allotment garden association in Weimar, a 51-year-old threatened his neighbor with a pistol. The 67-year-old neighbor cut his hedge on Saturday, the 51-year-old felt disturbed in his peace, the police said on Sunday.

When police arrived, the suspect denied the incident. However, the alarm gun was found during a search of the allotment garden. The officers also discovered four cannabis plants in a greenhouse. Now it is being investigated for threats and violations of the Weapons and Narcotics Act.
