Großostheim (dpa / lby) – Three minors were seriously injured in a car accident in Lower Franconia. Your car came off the road near Großostheim (Aschaffenburg district) and crashed into a tree, the police said on Saturday. A 17-year-old suffered a broken thigh and internal injuries. A rescue helicopter brought him to the University Hospital in Frankfurt. The cause of the accident on Friday was initially unclear, as was who had steered the car.
Two other 17-year-old passengers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries after the accident. None of the three occupants were buckled. Police found evidence of alcohol and drug use in the vehicle. In addition, none of the minors had a driver’s license.
