Bobitz (dpa/mv) – Four people were injured in a head-on collision between two cars on the main road between Bobitz and both villages on Friday, one of them seriously. A 58-year-old drove his car into the oncoming lane due to unclear circumstances and collided with an oncoming car, the police headquarters in Rostock said in the evening. In addition to the 39-year-old driver, there were two other people in the second car.
According to the police, the person responsible for the accident was taken to a clinic in Lübeck by helicopter with serious injuries, the other people only suffered minor injuries, but were also taken to nearby hospitals. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
