Schwerin-Mueß (dpa / mv) – The folklore open-air museum in the Schwerin suburb of Mueß has got a new depot. An empty barracks had been converted for this purpose, the Ministry of Economics announced on Wednesday when the keys were handed over. Sensitive folklore collections, such as photographic image documents from the Mecklenburg-Western Pomeranian state collection, would be kept in the new depot. The construction cost 1.8 million euros, of which the state borne 1.3 million.
