The American actor Jussie Smollett was questioned Thursday convicted of five positions of the six he faced for pretending an alleged attack in Chicago (USA) in January 2019, racket and homophobic.

The actor, who is African-American and homosexual, denounced the police who was attacked by two men in the center of Chicago, who insulted him, sprayed with a supposedly caustic liquid and they hung a rope around his neck.
The attackers would have screamed, “This is a Maga country”, in reference to the campaign slogan of the Donald Trump Expresident (2017-2021) Make America Great Again (we make the United States Big again).
However, in the investigations it would have been discovered that everything was a deception prepared by the actor, who wanted to impress the producers of the television series and reinforce his career.

The first criminal accusations against Smollett by false complaint were dismissed in a controversial decision of the courtroom of that county.
In a second instance, the Special Prosecutor Dan Webb reviewed the management of the case and achieved that a Special Jury adopted in February 2020 six charges against the actor, by alteration of public order and lie to the police about a supposed hate crime.
