Times of the National Police have arrested three individuals in Zaragoza, allegedly, kidnapping and torturing a man for three days, whom they forced self-increasing a violation.

The detainees, between 31 and 34, Spanish nationality and with police background, are accused of alleged crimes of illegal detention, threats, extortion, injuries and robbery violence.

This Thursday were made available to the Court of Instruction number 5 of Zaragoza, whose holder left them at provisional freedom with charges.

The research, in charge of the Unit of Specialized and Violent Delinquency of the Superior Police Headquarters of Aragon, remains open to clarify what is behind the facts, whose background could be a debt for drug trafficking.

As the National Police has reported this Friday, the investigation began as a result of the complaint filed by a man and his mother, who stated that they were victims of threats and extortions since last July.

The complainant reported the police that the first violent episode took place in mid-July, when he was addressed and led him to a domicile on Calle Eloy Martínez of the Aragonese capital.

There he remained three days tied to a chair, being the object of torture and other cruel and degrading treatment.
Thus, he assured that he broke a tooth with a screwdriver and wrapped him in a plastic to hit him repeatedly all over his body.

On September 7, at pistol end and hitting him in his head, they introduced him to force in a portal of Madrid Avenue, where he subtracted him, among other effects, the keys to his mother’s home, who later agreed and recorded
In search of money.

The next day, two of the detainees tackled their mother when he left the house, snatching him with violently the bag he was carrying.

On September 10, the complainant was intercepted again on the street by the same individuals and led by force at the address where he was retained, returning to be the subject of physical aggressions, demanding money to his mother under threats of death.

Likewise, he said he was forced, with a knife on his neck, to make a recording in which he self-increasing the rape of a girl, a fact that he assures that it did not happen.
He threatened him with delivering the recording to the police if he did not give them money.

The mother of the assault confessed the police who feared seriously for his son’s life and had to repeatly deliver amounts of cash to the aggressors repeatedly.
The quantities ranged between 250, 600 and a thousand euros.

The researchers managed to identify and locate the alleged responsible, having evidence that they were inside the house in which the victim was retained and suffered the aggressions.

Several agents entered the home and found inside two of the alleged aggressors, so it was arrested.
Soon after, another of those researched was intercepted on that same street, who was also arrested and transferred along with the other two aggressors to police agencies.

This Thursday they were put to judicial disposal and the judge decreed his freedom with charges.
